As never before in modern history, to be successful, efforts will require diverse teams from across Vermont and beyond, all collaborating and working together efficiently. MXVT "Work Groups" can help.
Work Groups are set up as an initiative to address a specific need and get to a solution with a smaller group of approved collaborators. In the Work Group, members will work together to:
Identify and confirm the needs of their customer(s)
Create and clarify specifications
Source and validate the supply chain for needed raw materials
Create manufacturing and distribution processes
Deliver solutions
